About the Creator

E. Lucy Rodriguez, M.S. is a Clinical Research Specialist with a background in Behavioral Psychology and currently completing her Ph.D. in Exercise Science & Nutrition. With years of academic training and personal experience, she brings both science and lived perspective to the conversation around women’s health.

Like many women in their 40’s, Lucy has faced the ups and downs of perimenopause- the physical shifts, emotional rollercoasters, and the mental load of trying to maintain everything in balance. The strategies that helped her the most, a mix of evidence-based nutrition, exercise, and simple daily structure, are the same ones she now shares with women navigating this stage of life.

Her goal isn’t just to present the research, but to translate it into practical tools that help women feel stronger, calmer, and more in control as they move through this transition in their everyday lives.
